Young Adults Group
Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

The St. Maurice Young Adults group was launched in October 24 to allow young adults aged 18-35 to dive deeper into their faith and to connect socially with other young adults. Whether you’re a university student, working professional, or just trying to figure out your next step in life, you’re invited to be part of something new — a space where faith meets real life, and where young adults can encourage one another in following Christ.
Our events are held once a month, with a focus on:
-
Praise & Worship — lifting our hearts together in song and prayer
-
Lectio Divina — reflecting on Scripture and listening for God’s voice
-
Fellowship — connecting with others over coffee, laughter, and conversation
Why Young Adults Ministry?
Life in your twenties and thirties can be full of transitions — new jobs, studies, relationships, questions, and decisions about the future. In the midst of it all, Christ invites us into a deeper relationship with him and with each other.
Our hope is to build a Christ-centred community where young adults can:
-
Encounter God through prayer and worship
-
Discover their gifts and calling
-
Grow through Scripture, conversation, and service
-
Belong to a vibrant, faith-filled family that supports one another
