Alpha Spring 2024
We are pleased to announce our next Alpha Course at St. Maurice. Alpha will begin again on April 8th and run Monday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Alpha is an opportunity to explore questions of life, meaning, and faith. It is a chance to share a meal with others and explore life’s big questions. Every evening consists of a meal, a short video presentation, and discussion time. There is no cost, and dinner is provided.
Alpha is perfect for those who are spiritually seeking, curious about Christianity, or who have been away from the Church for a while. If you have questions or know someone in your life who is seeking truth, please come and check out Alpha.

For those who have taken Alpha before, we invite you to serve with us on the Alpha team; we currently need many positions, especially table hosts and helpers.
If you have experience serving on Alpha or are interested in helping in any way, please email alpha@stmauriceparish.com.
Finally, we encourage you to prayerfully consider those friends and family who have yet to encounter Jesus’ love for them and invite them to attend Alpha this fall. What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith, in a friendly, open and informal environment. It is a series of sessions designed to engage people from all walks of life and inspire conversation. The talks (videos) address questions like “Is there more to life than this?”, “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for everyone and anyone. The beauty of Alpha is that there are no questions that are out of bounds. You can discuss anything about life, faith and God. There’s no obligation to say anything; it’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective. We come together with one another as we are, free to be ourselves. Extend an invite to friends, family or co-workers to come and see what Alpha is all about!
