St. Maurice Parish Survey

St. Maurice Parish is undertaking a survey aimed at better understanding and serving the parishioners of St. Maurice. The survey is accessible in two formats: a digital version available online and a printed paper version (available at our office). We respectfully request that all parishioners complete the digital version, if feasible, during this weekend. The printed version will be provided at the welcome table located in the mezzanine for individuals who don’t have internet access or who may feel uncomfortable utilizing technology. Please use the QR code to access the online survey. We welcome those under the age of 18 to complete the survey as well, with permission from their parents. Surveys are confidential, and providing your name and contact information is completely optional. Thank you for helping us fulfill our mission.
