THE LOST KING is a 2022 British biographical film based on the 2013 book The King’s Grave: The Search for Richard III. It dramatizes the story of Philippa Langley, played by Sally Hawkins, who initiated the search to find the remains of King Richard III under a car park in Leicester and how the University of Leicester treated her in claiming credit for the discovery.

Anyone 18+ is welcome to attend. $4 covers the cost of the movie, fresh popcorn, and a drink. An informal discussion follows for those who are interested.
